Customer Guide

This rough guide should give you all the information you might need to know.

After contacting us regarding your request, we will set a time and date for the run that works for both parties.
Several minutes before the run, you will be messaged in game and invited to the squad. If you are not, please reach out to us via direct messages or on our discord server
If you didnt recieve an achievment or a reward you paid for during the run, whisper the commander of the run immediatly so we can fix it

If you haven't killed a boss before, you will need to hit it atleast once. If that is the case, notify the commander.
If you had killed all of the bosses before, you can be dead for the entire run except for in Spirit Vale after the first boss for about 7 minutes, as you need to be alive in order to recieve the Legendary Insight.
