How do I contact someone regarding your services?
Simply head over to the Contacts tab and contact us either in game with a mail or on discord. Alternatively you can join our discord server and ask there
Which days and time do the runs happen?
Usually we organise the runs from Wednesday to Sunday. Timewise the runs happen from 18:00 to 24:00 European time.
How do the runs look like?
We invite you to a squad approximately 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Then we explain things we have not explained to you yet and we start the run. In case something doesn't work out and you do not recieve your achievment after an encounter, simply message the commander of the squad and they will fix it.
Is it possible to pay with gold, ectoplasm or infusions?
In case of absolute need, we would be willing to take raw gold or a different way of payment (ingame items, NO REAL MONEY). However payment in Mystic Coins is strongly preferred.
Are you selling on NA?
Sadly not, we are a purely EU guild. However if you would want to use our services, you can swap regions for a couple of hours.
